To Blind Date or Not?

Having had my fair share of dates from online dating sites and just random meet ups that have obviously ended up going  no where and leaving me feeling like what is the point in dating at all? I was recently set up on a blind date of some sorts..

So here's the thing he knew what I looked like and knew way more about me than I did about him.. but when I was given his number to set something up we seemed to click straight away. I didn't think at all about the fact that I didn't know what he looked like, which is quite refreshing to be perfectly honest.

Monsoon Rose Gold Perfume*

I have always struggled to find perfumes that I really like, I always find that they just don't smell that nice or don't last too long. The Monsoon Rose Gold EDP is an exception to this rule, when it arrived I was shocked at just how much I loved the fragrance.

When you first spritz yourself you're hit with juicy notes of citrus, rich floral and decadent woods these combined reveal a delicate and sensual feminine scent.

My Little Box September 2017 Rouge Edition

This months My Little Box review is a lot later than usual because it arrived pretty much at the end of September and has really annoyed the majority of it's customers.  I am not that impressed with this month's box, but then we cannot expect to be happy with every single box we get.

The main thing that I was miffed with, was the fact that we seemed to be missing one lifestyle piece, there are usually two lifestyle pieces and three beauty products. So what happened to that???

I will start with the two Nuxe products we received which were both sample sized. I have used the Shimmering Multi-Purpose Dry Oil, R.R.P £34.00 for 100ml, previously so receiving the non-shimmering dry oil was a nice change especially when applying it to your hair. It is a luxurious product and a little does go a long way.

The Nuxe Prodigieux Huile de Douche Shower Oil, retails for around around £10.50 for 200ml, which has a subtle golden shimmer and gently cleanses your skin leaving it feeling silky smooth. It has a sweet light fragrance, which can be explained by the infusion of the sulfate-free almond oil cleanser.

This months My Little Beauty item was this gorgeous red lipstick, pictured worn below, if you are a regular reader then you will know I am abit of a lipstick snob. I can tell this is cheap, the smell is very similar to those you get in kids kits or lower end brands like Rimmel or Collection. I found that it did stay on fairly well with my primer and Lipcote top coat, but nothing compared to a Mac lippy or my go to Too Faced Melted Matte. I was pretty disappointed because I have had a liquid lipstick from My Little Box before and it was pretty good.

This months only Lifestyle item was a one size fits all T-shirt, thankfully due to all the random and worrying weight-loss I have experienced lately it actually fits me. I do really like it and think it will go pretty well with most outfits. I felt very french with my red lips, glasses and cigarette. Not that I condone smoking, it's just such a french look isn't it!

I found rolling the sleeves up and tucking it into jeans, paired with heels really created a very Parisian Chic look. You could even add a cute casual style formal jacket with it to give the look a real pop.

I know a lot of people weren't happy with this month's box, I would love to know your thoughts?

Always be kind, you never know what personal battle people are fighting.

Too Faced Just Peachy Mattes & Peach Perfect Setting Powder

When I saw that Too Faced were releasing a full Matte collection and all smelling of Peaches and Sweet Fig no less, I had to get something from the range. I jumped on the site as soon as Too Faced released Peaches & Cream, and managed to get my hands on the Just Peachy Mattes Palette and the Peach Perfect Mattifying Setting Powder.

7 Years Diagnosed Coeliac and My Hairs Falling Out, Nails are Yellow and I've lost a Shit Tonne of Weight

As you may well know back in April time I finally found out that I was Vitamin D deficient, I started taking supplements and started to feel better. Let's not be silly though, that was short lived!

I had started to lose some excess weight over two months which I thought was fairly normal, and linked to the Vitamin D thing, but here's the thing it carried on coming off. Rapidly! I dropped from a size 10 to a size 6 in about 4 months, I hadn't changed my diet or exercise in anyway.

S+ by ResMed Sleep Monitor*

I love my sleep, I mean I could sleep day and night if I really wanted too. When I was offered the chance to review the latest S+ Sleep Monitor by ResMed, I couldn't turn it away, I was intrigued to see just how well I was actually sleeping at night and if there was anything that the S+ could do to improve it.

The S+ is the world's first contact-less sleep tracker, that helps to analyse your sleep and thus provide any suggestions required to improve it. It is easily linked up to your phone via an app and quickly records the light, noise and temperature conditions in your room, which all add to the tailored feedback for improved sleep.

Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons

Yes I think I am slightly addicted to Too Faced cosmetics! I have been eyeing this palette up for over a year now and finally had the spare cash to justify the purchase, god am I happy I did.

They all smell insane as usual, which is always nice because who doesn't want to smell of sweet chocolate?

Estee Lauder DayWear Matte Oil-Control Anti-oxidant Moisture Gel Creme

After having a period of bad skin with viscous breakouts, I went to an Estee Lauder counter and spoke to one of the lovely women there. She was very helpful and gave me some free samples including this amazing moisturiser, it has worked wonders for me and consequently prompted me to buy a full size pot.

This moisturising gel creme is aimed at those with oily skin types, as it is designed to control oil, minimise shine for up to 8 hours and reduce the look of pores. It is Dermatologist tested, oil free and non-acnegenic, so wont't clog up your pores.

Avon mark.

mark. is Avon's expertly developed beauty and fashion boutique, which has been around since 2003 in the US. God why do the US get everything first??? Due to the success of Avon's sister brand overseas, Avon decided to bring it over here to the UK, earlier this year.

The sister brand has been developed to help and inspire young women to make their "mark.", with a vast range of customisable products that allow them to show off their style and create your very own signature look.

Why it's important to remember it's okay to say NO!

With lots of dating sites out there nowadays such as Manchester DatingHampshire DatingNorthamptonshire DatingShropshire Dating and Staffordshire Dating, it can be hard to know which ones to pick and which ones will be give you the right kind of people.

Even just meeting someone can be difficult, someone can make themselves seem like the most genuine caring person until they don't get what they want. I know most men are just big kids but seriously if we say no or don't want to follow you round like a little puppy dog, don't throw your toys out of the pram!

If you read my recent post I'm Confused then you will know that I have yet again been unlucky in love, and just because I am going to be busy in the next few weeks with plans for my mums Hen Do he told me to just "Forget It". Yep lovely, so you really did want to start something didn't you. Basically because I didn't give it up and am not willing to be a silent little bimbo on your arm you're suddenly not interested.. funny that!

The whole time we were texting it was mainly focused on sex and I have to be perfectly honest, but I felt a little pressured and like I had to reply with something otherwise he would lose interest..
I wish I had said NO! There is a lot of stigma around sex these days and it's still a taboo subject. We all still feel like we HAVE to do it, even if it's just sexting or sending a naughty photo, but at the end of the day why should you have to if you aren't completely comfortable with it?

If you say no, or put things off and they lose interest, or start to try and persuade you in some way then really they do not care and are not worth your time. If they really want to be with you and want something real then they will wait as long as it takes for you to be comfortable.

Getting a response like "If you really liked/ loved me you would do it", then this is emotional blackmail.. my advice, RUN! You do not want anyone like that in your life.

Practice saying no, that may sound silly but really it works and you will be grateful for it in the right circumstances.

Once you finally meet someone you feel absolutely at ease with, then you will know that the time is right. For whatever you want to do. Always remember you deserve respect, you get what you give at the end of the day!

My Little Box August 2017 Wild Summer Edition

I am a little late with this one, but I guess I had a lot of other things that came ahead! As always I do look forward to coming home and finding My Little Box package, this months was pretty interesting with the two lifestyle pieces being staple favourites of mine.

I'm Confused...

Isn't it funny that when you decide to give up on the opposite sex (or the same if that's what you like) that something comes along... very expectedly I might add.

After having a rant about how I couldn't be bothered with men anymore because I seem to just attract Psychos.. I mean it's not like I have had the best track record is it. I had someone text me that evening, to make me aware that they were interested and didn't want me to give up.

Estee Edit from Estee Luader

The Estee edit launched last year and has already been announced as being discontinued. The Brand launched the new line in collaboration with Kendall Jenna, in an attempt to reach out to the millennial generation.

Unfortunately I have arrived to the party a little late and have only been able to get my hands on a few items, especially with the few that were available and appealed to me. I would have liked to have tried to the eye-shadow palette though.

I wanted to try out the Pore Vanishing Stick, R.R.P £14.50. This easy to use stick, is supposed to blur the appearance of pores and minimise oil/ shine. The stick has two formulas, one on the outer core which is made of oil absorbing powders. While the inner core is a sheer pigment supposedly suitable for all skin tones.

It states that this can be used alone, as a primer or over makeup. I found that using it as a primer, it didn't do well at making my foundation last well throughout the day, bearing in mind I used DW. When I used this in combination with the Estee Lauder Mattifier primer, it seemed to work very well and kept my foundation in place all day.

I also fancied a matte blusher, so went for the Barest Blush in Ember Glow, R.R.P £14.00. This blusher is super soft infused with sunflower seed oil, for a natural soft finish. I found that you do need a light hand with this, as it is very easy to go a little too heavy. That said the finish is beautiful and lasts all day.

PetShop Dog Food*

Having a busy lifestyle and schedule ensuring you always have dog food stocked up can be difficult, that's why repeat delivery dog food from the PetShop an online pet supplies store can be so handy.

I always like to get Harley Grainfree food and Huntland Adult in Scottish Loch Salmon, 2kg, (R.R.P £4.99) is a perfect example of that. It is a high quality dog food that is naturally grain free, specially balanced with 50% meat or fish and 50% vegetables. Huntlands' dog food provides a balanced diet for your dog meaning you don't need to be feeding them anything else, expect of course fresh water!

Influenster UK Max Factor VoxBox*

If you haven't heard of Influenster yet, then you really need to check them out. They are a US based platform where members post reviews and comments about products they have tried, not just ones they have received for free. Influenster also offer it's members the chance to try out upcoming products for free in exchange for honest feedback.

Excitingly enough they have now launched in the UK and I was lucky enough to be chosen to be to review the first ever UK VoxBox, which was in collaboration with Max Factor. I was extremely intrigued to see what they were going to send through, however when it arrived I was disappointed.

Radiant Skin Kit from Mens Society*

Shopping for Men can be difficult, especially when there is a lot of crap out there, that isn't worth it's salt. When I first started browsing through Men's Society I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of products. If I had a male to buy for then I am sure I would be able to find something suitable for sure.

Too Faced Haul

I don't think it's any secret that I have a love for Too Faced, especially for their Melted Matte Lipsticks and Eye-shadow collections. When they released the Natural Love collection I couldn't wait to jump on the band wagon, albeit a little late to the party!

The Natural Love Palette is a limited edition collection of 30 lovable matte, satin and shimmer shadows. The collection was created with 13 iconic shades from some of the best selling Natural eye palettes and 17 brand new never seen before shades. The story of Natural Love goes way back to 2009 starting with the original Natural Eye palette.

The New Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer Review*

The lovely Lydia from Lydias Hair and Beauty offered me a free blow dry using the Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer from John Lewis in Norwich.  She is passionate about the benefits of using the Supersonic and wanted to show me the styling power of it.

So what makes the Supersonic so great?
For one it is super light when it is on, meaning that you wont get arm ache when blow drying. Great for those with lots of hair, maybe one day for me.. The technology transfers the air somehow making it more balanced and air light.

Still Single for Better or Worse???

"Yes.. I am single, but you'll have to be FUCKING amazing to change that!"

So here I am again, 27 and single again. With my mum getting married this year and my best mate now engaged and planning her wedding, as happy as I am for her, I am feeling like I am a failure. Being left behind, destined to never meet the one. I mean is there even a ONE for us all, or is that something that has been drummed into us all?

As you guys know I had started to see someone a month ago, but yet again that ended in disaster. Things are not always as they seem and it is very complicated. It is so frustrating because he actually lives with my brother and I had started to become close friends with some of the other house mates, but I have heard that some nasty things have been said about me.

"She was the worst person I have ever been with!"

Urban Decay All Nighter Liquid Foundation

I am always wanting to try new products, and as much as I love my Double Wear foundation I fancied a change. I follow a few Beauty You-tubers, and have heard great things about the Urban Decay All Nighter.

I had even heard that it is comparable to DW? I have been using it for about a week now and am still undecided.

Wunderbrow Eyebrow Gel Review

I finally took the plunge and decided to treat myself to the Wunderbrow Eyebrow Gel kit, R.R.P £19.95. I have been looking at reviews of this gel for well over 3 months now and they have all been pretty good.

The Wunderbrow is supposed to be a long-wear eyebrow gel from the brand Wunder2. Branded as waterproof, smudge-proof, transfer-proof and meant to last for up to 3 days.

Chewsy All Natural Chewing Gum*

Chewsy Gum is a new brand of chewing gum, that has only been on the market for 2 months. It's a really innovative product, so I was pretty happy to give it a review.

These are fairly pricey, at £1.50 a box with only 10 pieces in each. That said they are all natural made of only 5 ingredients all sourced from trees, completely sugar free, no aspartame, no artificial flavours or sweeteners, no preservatives and defiantly no plastic gum base.

They are created with natural chicle gum and naturally sweetened with xylitol for a soft chew and healthy teeth. All this means they are biodegradable meaning they come from the earth and go back to the earth, keeping it safe for the environment.

If all that isn't good enough they are naturally gluten, wheat, soy, dairy and GMO free, as well as being vegan. Which is all great news for me as a coeliac.

They are super easy to chew, last quite a long time and stay soft. I just wish they were a little cheaper because I am not sure I could justify £1.50 regularly for gum.

You can purchase these from independent coffee shops, Planet Organic and from their own website.

* I received this chewing gum from Chewsygum for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased feedback, all my views and opinions are my own and have not been influenced in anyway. Please see my Disclaimer for more information.

Pure Dog Food*

Having a dog that can sometimes be a fussy eater is always a struggle, especially when I like to keep her on a mostly wheat free diet. When I was offered the chance to try out Pure Pet Food, having seen the ravings it has had on the big wide web, I thought great.

Pure Pet Food has been on Dragon's Den, and even turned their offer down. They have strived to make their company what it is, so good on them!

My Little Box July 2017 Seashell Edition

This Months theme was Seashell and the majority of the box's contents flowed well together. I really enjoyed the continued summer theme, especially with the weather being so spotty.

The lifestyle items are a combination of cute and handy. We got a Traveler Pouch-Pillow, a really neat idea I thought. You can fit some essentials inside, such as sun-screen, some money and/ or a little make-up. You can blow it up too, which makes a surprisingly comfortable pillow, even with it filled up. I will certainly be taking this on holiday with me in September.

Nuxe & Nanogen Review*

I did my first ever live stream review of some products from Nuxe & Nanogen, you can check out the video below, I was paired with the lovely Jade from Raising the Rings. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I enjoyed doing it.

We both got to take away a couple of the products, so I thought I would do a full review of the ones I took away.

First up is the Nuxe product the Shimmering Multi-Purpose Dry Oil, R.R.P £34.00 for 100ml.
The bottle comes with a spray top and a beautiful glass casing. It can be used all over your body, face and hair, literally true to it's word at being multi-purpose.

I have used this product for a while now and have had not complaints so far. I have used it in my hair, both after washing and before washing, either way doesn't leave my hair greasy. Unless I use an excessive amount obviously. I love the smell too, it is a subtle scent but really does make you feel luxurious.

Applied as a moisturiser to my face and neck after cleansing I have had no breakouts, I think mainly due to the fact that this is such a lightweight formula. I know that we touched on the shimmer in the video, but I have found that it is very subtle and when applied under foundation, it is not noticeable at all.

Next up is the Nanogen Root Boost Hair Thickening Spray with Sun Damage Protection, R.R.P £12.95 with a 30 day money back guarantee. The formula was scientifically created to contain active sun protective ingredients in order to prevent harmful sun damage and minimise colour fading. The blend of unique ingredients help lift and volumise the hair, although in my mind the most efficient way to create volume when blow drying is to blow dry your hair upside down.

The formula also contains Keratin to prevent breakage and soothing Niacinamide to help care for your scalp. I do really like the way this spray smells and after using it for a few weeks now, I have to say that it hasn't made my air greasy, but I haven't noticed that much of a difference in terms of thickness or breakage.

If you want to get your hands on some Nanogen goodies, they have an exclusive discount available for a limited time, so get it before it runs out with nanogen10.

* I received these products from Nuxe & Nanogen for The Fashion Hub for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased feedback, all my views and opinions are my own and have not been influenced in anyway. Please see my Disclaimer for more information.

My Tiny Box

I won another competition on Instagram! This time through My Little Box, and boy am I happy. This tiny little box is so cute, full of miniature treats.

We received a tiny note book and pencils, along with some stickers. The notebook is literally the same height as my thumb.

Next up is this gorgeous Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Pur Couture in Le Rouge, a classic red. Full size retails for £27.00. The packaging is a gorgeous gold casing that also doubles as a mirror, whilst the lipstick itself is a moisturising formula with spf 15. The finish is a satin look that is supposed to last for up to 6 hours. As always I smelt the lipstick and have to say it smelt very sweet and fragrant, not at all cheap.

The final item in the box was another Yves Saint Laurent item, Mon Paris Perfume, full size retails for £58.00. The perfume is a very sophisticated scent, bergamot, raspberry and blackberry open up the fragrance and hit you first. Making way for the intoxicating Datura flower and woody sensuality of patchouli and white musk. I would definitely purchase this full size, I have been using it everyday since receiving the box.

Overall I was so happy to have received this exclusive box and have been one of the lucky winners.

My New love hate relationship for Coeliac Diesease

I have been a Coeliac for well over 6 years now, and have made peace with it even when it can still be difficult at times for me to eat out etc. I keep to a strict diet and try to keep all my vitamins, calcium and iron up too. I thought that I had been doing pretty well, especially when I had a bone density scan which all came back fine; however I was still getting increasingly fatigued.

The doctors finally tested for more than a standard blood test, after about three normal ones I might add, where they checked my Vitamin D levels. Well low and behold they found that I was low.

Typically I was found to be insufficient not deficient so I didn't qualify for a prescription.

Vitamin D is supposed to help your body absorb calcium, so obviously this worried me a little but not much can be done about the past, but there can now. So I am on a high dose of Vitamin D everyday.

I have done some research and looked into the causes of becoming low on Vitamin D, and guess what none apply to me?
  • Wearing high Sunscreen,
  • Not spending enough time outside,
  • Having darkly pigmented skin, which won't absorb the sun rays as well,
  • Exclusively breastfeeding babies for prolonged time periods,
  • Being obese.
Then again the typical causes didn't include Coeliac Disease, which is likely why I am low.
It has been recorded that 70% of Coeliacs even after diagnosis are likely to be low in Vitamin D.

Everyone reacts differently so not everyone will have the same symptoms, but here are the common ones:
  • Difficulty thinking clearly,
  • Bone pain,
  • Frequent bone fractures,
  • Muscle weakness,
  • Soft bones that may lead to deformities,
  • Unexplained fatigue,
  • Unexplained weight gain.
I had been extremely tired for well over a year, where I was almost falling asleep at work, having to go to sleep at 7-8pm in the evenings and struggling to wake up in the mornings. I had also put on some weight which I couldn't shift, that many people told me was just my age. Since being on a high dose of Vitamin D everyday for about 2 months, I have now lost the excess weight and am feeling much more awake.

It is great to have my energy back and to feel like myself again, to be able to do things again.

I just find it hard to accept my Coeliac Disease when it throws me curve balls like this every so often.

Maui Nourish & Moisture Coconut Milk Shampoo & Conditioner Review

I usually use Shea Moisture on my hair, so when I was looking to get some more I came across this new brand. The main thing that attracted to me to Maui Moisture was the fact that this brand was free from a lot of bad additives, like Shea Moisture.

Maui Moisture are an eco-friendly company, that was inspired by handpicked/ handcrafted ingredients that can be found on tropical islands such as Maui. Most Shampoo & Conditioners primary ingredient is deionized, chemically treated water. Unlike Maui Moisture products, which always start with a unique blend of aloe vera and coconut water.

Maui Moisture products are free of the following:
  • Gluten,
  • Silicones,
  • Sulfates,
  • Parabens,
  • Mineral Oils,
  • Dyes and
  • SLS.
Maui Nourish & Moisture Coconut Milk is designed for those with dry and damaged hair. The weightless coconut milk infuses the light and creamy shampoo/ conditioner along with sheer guava oil and mango butter, to break away dirt and oil and leave hair healthy, moisturised and shining.

These used together don't build up in your hair and truly leave your hair feeling and looking like a million dollars, I find that I can leave it a few days between washing my hair again with these products. Making the cost of these justifiable.

The Shampoo and Conditioner retail for £8.99 each. Which is cheaper than Shea Moisture, however you do get slightly less product, but for something that is not going to damage your hair with nasty additives, wouldn't you much rather pay a little more?

My Little Box June 2017 Los Angeles Edition

This months box has got to be my favourite by far, the full on American theme of it all is just so perfect for me. they really did amazing this time around, and all that came in the box I will use.

Anatomicals We Only Want You For Your Body*

Anatomicals is a brand I had only heard of from fellow bloggers, they want to make beauty products fun with funky sayings on the front of all of their products. Anatomicals are a cruelty free brand that also produce all of their formulas paraben free too.

Throbhead Headache Relief Balm, R.R.P £5.00. As someone that suffers from headaches on a regular basis, with them lasting for a week or two at times, I was intrigued to give the Throbhead a go. Natural essential oils can't really do any harm and must be better than popping pain medication like tic tacs right?

The soothing botanical extracts and super-concentrated menthol crystals, create a calm and cooling effect when applied to your temples, and/ or pulse points. I have to say that with a particularly bad headache/ migraine this alone doesn't do the trick to relieve the pain, however for a typical headache I found that it really did help calm and soothe me.

Ta Ta Ooh Aah Joint Muscle Rub ,R.R.P £5.00. Again I suffer from some joint pain, from being clumsy and falling over a few times. So always have Deep Heat on hand, this rub caught my eye and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised.

This Joint & Muscle Rub contains powerful C0extracts of Arnica Montana and Black Pepper. The Montana flower helps to naturally heal the problem area, whilst the Pepper naturally stimulates bloody circulation.

It doesn't heat up like Deep Heat but works just as well, relieving aches within a few minutes and keeping them at bay for a few hours to a day or two. I love the smell too, it's very subtle and applies very easily. I know some may not like the scent, I am a little strange and love the smell of Deep Heat just to give you an example.

Vitamin Rich Help The Paw Hand Cream, R.R.P £5.00. This smells amazing! I am constantly smelling my hands once I have applied it, and after a week of using this my hands are feeling super soft. Even my dry (eczema) patch has disappeared.

The vitamin rich hand cream contains sweet almond oil and shea butter, probably why it smells so divine.

Firming Face Mask, R.R.P £3.50. These face masks freak me out, they feel like you're putting someones skin on top of your skin, but they do work in most cases. This is a new mask being added to the range, and I love the writing on the back with reference to S&M. Smoothness and Magnificence of course, what else would it have been referring too..

The specially formulated marine ingredients instantly plump and tighten your skin for a more youthful, smoother and luminous appearance.

 * I received these goodies from Anatomicals for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased feedback, all my views and opinions are my own and have not been influenced in anyway. Please see my Disclaimer for more information.

Yes To Tomatoes Combination Skin Daily Moisturiser Review

With my skin constantly changing, and now becoming very oily I have found it hard to find a moisturiser that works for me. After reading a lot of reviews and doing some research on the Yes To brand, I decided to give the Yes To Tomatoes Combination Skin Daily Moisturiser a try.

My Little Box May 2017 Friday Night Edition

May's My Little Box was a fun one, and I think they did pretty well this month, with keeping the theme all together.

Palmers Creamy Cleanser & Makeup Remover Review

After trying and falling for the Tropic Soothing Cleanser  I have been finding myself looking at my products more closely and being more conscious of what is actually in them. I would love to be able to get more of the Tropic cleanser, however it is just a little too pricey for me at present. Hence my search for a more purse friendly cleanser, that is also kind to your skin and body.

This cleanser retails for just £5.49, which I think is pretty reasonable for the size of the bottle and quality of the product.  It is Paraben, Phthalate and Dye free, all great for my aim of trying to be better to my body with what I am putting on my skin.

First Quarter Lookback

So I know I usually do a monthly lookback, but to be honest my life got pretty boring. I got pretty low and didn't really have much to say, so there wasn't much reason in doing a monthly lookback.
Finally I have something to say because I am actually happy and am out of my rut!

I wouldn't say that I am out of my writers block, I still don't have the same passion for writing as I did before but I am sure that will come back, once I know what style I want to write in. I just don't think I want to focus so much on beauty anymore.

Blog/ Social Media
Over the last few months I have taken my Instagram to a whole new level and really pushed my photo game. This has really helped to grow my followers and communication.

I have been invited to a few events one of which was the Barry Alan Blow Dry Bar, this was such fun night and I loved getting  cool vintage hairstyle!

I also went to a vintage fair with the gorgeous Christie from Christies Lifestyle. It was a little disappointing, as we finished it in less than an hour, however we wondered around the city just to spend some time together. It was a really nice day and was so nice to catch up.

Life/ Love
I was pushed to meet some new people by my brother of all people, he prompted me to talk to his housemate Nadia. A lovely Latvian girl, who has quickly become a dear friend to me. We get on very well and have a lot of the same views on female friends.

By association I also got to hang out with his other housemates, who are all Polish. Listening to them has given me a greater appreciation for how hard English is to learn and how amazing it is that they have learnt it! Seriously they are incredible people. I am going to learn Polish *watch this space*.

I actually went out to a Metal Fest (Thrashers) at the Brickmakers in Norwich (first timer alert!), which was pretty good. I am not keen on the rarrr screaming, but the music/ acoustics I like.

Getting myself out there has really changed my whole being, I am so much happier and generally better in myself. Lets not forget I have met someone I like.... it's very very early days, but seriously I didn't expect it to creep up on me like this! I feel like a teenage girl, all giggly and I can't stop thinking abut him.. seriously I didn't think I would ever feel like this again!

He actually managed to get me to sing!! Me.. Can you believe it! Seems crazy really.. So anyway I guess you should watch this space 🙈.
